Yun Hi Dil ne chaha tha Rona Rolana
Teri yad to ban gai bahana
यूं ही दिल ने चाहा था, रोना रुलाना
तेरी याद बन गई बहाना ।
Jaane kis simt se kab unki mehak aa jaaye…
Zaat ke saare darichon ko khula rakhna hai.
ذات کے سارے دریچـوں کو کُھــــلا رکھنا ھے
जाने कौन सी दिशा से कब उनकी महक आ जाए
अपने सभी दरवाज़ों को खुला रखना है।
Chaar sau habs tha mere andar
Nabz kaati to kuchh hua aayi
चारसौ हब्स था मेरे अंदर
नब्ज काटी तो कुछ हुआ आई
Hamko manzoor nahi phir se bichhadne ka azab
Isliye tujhse mulaqat nahi chahte ab…
اس لیٸے تجھ سے ملاقات نہیں چاہتے اب…
हमको मन्जूर नहीं फिर से बिछड़ने का अज़ाब
इसलिए तुझसे मुलाकात नहीं चाहते अब…
Dard lipta hua hai mujh mein is qadar
Sukh ke lamhe bhi ajeeb lagte hain
سکھ کے لمحے بھی عجیب لگتے ہیں
दर्द लिपटा हुआ है मुझ में इस कदर
सुख के लम्हे भी अजीब लगते हैं
Jo woh de gaya kya woh dard tha
Agar dard tha toh kamal tha
Na main jee saka na main mar saka
Yeh kamal kaisa mahaal tha
जो वह दे गया क्या वह दर्द था
अगर दर्द था तो कमाल था
ना मैं जी सका ना मैं मर सका
यह कमाल कैसा महाल था
Main ne kehna to tha par kaha hi nahi
Tha jo dil mein gila wo gaya hi nahi
تھا جو دل میں گِلہ وہ گیا ہی نہیں
मैं ने कहना तो था पर कहा ही नहीं
था जो दिल में गिला वो गया ही नहीं
Tujh se jo dhyan ka talluk hai
Pakke imaan ka talluk hai
Meri chupka, teri khamoshi ka
Rooh aur jaan ka talluk hai
پکّے ایمان کا تعلق ہے
میری چپ کا’ تیری خاموشی کا
روح اور جان کا تعلق ہے
